If the answers above are both “yes,” a time set and signature will not be required. If either answer is “no,” a time set is required.

A time set requires the customer to be present at the designated time to verify the location of the meter and to ensure no leaks are present. A signature will be required.

Upon the driver’s arrival, if the address is not posted or a frost free hydrant is not installed, no meter will be set and a return trip fee will be charged and a time set will be required to set the meter.

Fire Hydrant meters require a meter rental fee of $7/day plus water use.

Tampering with the meter in any form will result in the forfeiture of deposit.
